Bert Sie

Managing Director

Bert co-developed the “Double U” concept with Teresa in early 2022, focusing on go-to-market and growth strategies for technology-driven companies. He currently serves as Head of Sales & Business Development for Beammwave and AlixLabs in Taiwan.

Bert began his career as a Sales Engineer at EDOM, a top-7 global IC distributor, and later advanced into senior leadership roles, founding the company’s first mass-market business group and leading sales and marketing initiatives. Earlier in his career, he managed product teams across multiple applications and supported five startups from 0 to 1.

He holds an MBA from National Central University, Taiwan.

Principal

Teresa is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the IoT industry, possessing deep expertise in end-to-end solutions spanning cloud platforms, devices, and key components. She has worked extensively with international corporations, excelling at bridging communication across diverse technical and business stakeholders.

With a strong sensitivity to technology trends and sharp market insights, Teresa adopts a consultative sales approach, delivering tailored product demonstrations and solution-driven recommendations. Her ability to align technology with real business needs makes her a key contributor to the Double U team.

Fred Chen

VP Channel & Distribution

Fred Chen, with over two decades of expertise in the IC supply chain. Previously, Fred led Realtek's engagements with the largest PC/NB brand in China.

Prior to his tenure at Realtek, he held a pivotal role in channel sales for the Taiwan district at Micron. Fred began his illustrious career at Avent, where he honed his skills in product management. He received a BS degree in Electric Engineering from the National Taipei University of Technology in Taiwan.
